It works by addressing the thoughts, behaviors, and habits that keep you awake, and replacing them with proven sleep-promoting strategies. Studies show CBT-I can help people fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and enjoy better sleep quality — with results that last.

  • My program is designed for women struggling with insomnia — whether that’s trouble falling asleep, waking up during the night, or waking too early and feeling exhausted. It’s especially helpful if you’ve tried other methods (including sleep aids) without lasting success. However you can be on a sleeping Aid and still go though the program.

  • While CBT-I can help anyone, I focus on women’s sleep health because women experience unique sleep challenges due to hormonal changes, stress, and lifestyle demands. Specializing allows me to provide tailored strategies that work. I’m open to working with anyone, please contact me to see if my method is a good fit for you.

  • Generic tips might help temporarily, but they don’t address your personal sleep patterns or the underlying causes of your insomnia. My 10-week program gives you step-by-step guidance, personalized adjustments, and accountability — something a quick internet search can’t offer.

  • You should always talk with your doctor or medical provider before changing or adjusting medications. My program can certainly complement your existing medical care.

  • Yes! Many of my clients have struggled for 5, 10, or even 20+ years before finding relief with CBT-I. The brain and body are remarkably adaptable — with the right approach, you can reset your sleep.

  • Yes. All sessions are done via secure video call, so you can join from anywhere. You’ll also have access to digital resources and tools between sessions.

  • Consistency is key, but I understand life happens. We can adjust the schedule if needed so you still get the full program and results.

  • Because this is a coaching program where I commit my time and expertise, I don’t offer refunds. However, I’m committed to your success and will work with you to adapt the program if you face challenges.
