The Sleep Queen Method is my signature 10 week approach to helping women break free from sleepless nights, based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)—the gold standard in insomnia treatment. My method blends science, holistic wellness, and faith-based encouragement to restore deep, peaceful sleep.
I bring years of medical training and experience into this work.
I am a certified Physician Associate (PA) with nearly 12 years of experience in medicine.
Since 2021, I’ve worked as a sleep medicine provider, helping patients overcome insomnia, sleep apnea, and circadian rhythm challenges.
I transitioned into coaching to create a more personal, holistic, and faith-centered approach—without losing the clinical foundation.
